SMS Personalization

SMS personalization allows your business to choose certain fields that will be specific to the recipients message e.g. name, date of birth etc.

For example, if you wanted to text people a week before their birthday you could include their name, their birthdate, and even their age.

Rules can also be implemented so that if a field doesn't conform (e.g. their name is not available) then an alternative script can be displayed: (e.g. "Hi").
