Frequently Asked Questions | E-Mail Settings

NETse7en provides fast wireless access to the internet. To send email you need to connect with your ISP's outgoing mail server. However, some ISPs don't allow users to connect directly to their outgoing mail servers from the internet because of security and spamming (junk email) concerns. It's therefore possible that you may have difficulty sending mail this way.

I'm having trouble with E-Mail. Why?

Don't worry, we have a solution for you...try these E-Mail solutions:

  • Try using Webmail from your ISP. Just call your e-mail provider and ask them how to access your Webmail service. Since Webmail uses a standard browser it won't block you from sending email.
  • Sign-up for a free account at one of the following services:

  • Try using Seamless Wi-Fi Mailer from JiWire. They also offer a suite of Security Services, E-Mail and Hot-spot locators. Check it out at JiWire
  • Or, you can set your outgoing e-mail server to "smtp.netse7en.com".
* NETse7en support covers general issues relating to your ability to connect to the NETse7en Network. It does not include support for non-NETse7en hardware, 3rd party software or e-mail.
